Waldorf salad is traditionally a mix of coarsely chopped nuts, apples, celery, and raisins combined with mayonnaise. For a change, substitute fresh chunks of pineapple for the celery, and buttermilk dressing instead of mayonnaise.

Ingredients

1 cup ham cooked, diced
2 each apples peeled, cored, chopped
3/4 cup potatoes cooked, diced
2 large eggs hard cooked, chopped
2 each pickles, dill chopped
1/4 cup salad dressing, italian or buttermilk dressing

Directions

Combine ingredients and serve on lettuce leaves.

Baked Beans C/P

Great basic bean recipe for bean lovers. The only thing missing in the recipe is an indication of what size of crockpot to use. The four quart one we used was a bit too small, but after adjustment of ingredients it turned out great!
