| 1 1/2 | pounds | potatoes | steamed, cut in chunks |
| 1 | cup | green peas | cooked and drained |
| 1/2 | cup | celery | chopped |
| dressing | |||
| 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 | clove | garlic | halved |
| 2 | tablespoons | white wine vinegar | |
| 1 | tablespoon | dijon mustard | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | sugar | |
| 1/4 | cup | mayonnaise | |
| 1/2 | cup | yogurt, plain | |
| 6 | each | scallions, spring or green onions | finely sliced |
| 6 | tablespoons | dill weed | fresh, chopped |
| 1 | x | black pepper | freshly ground |
| 1 | sprigs | dill weed, fresh | fresh, for garnish |
Prepare potatoes and peas.
Set aside to cool; add celery.
Sprinkle salt in a salad bowl.
Rub garlic around bowl; discard garlic.
Add vinegar, mustard, sugar, mayonnaise, yogurt, scallions and dill.
Mix until combined.
Add potatoes, peas and celery, along with freshly ground pepper to taste.
Mix together gently.
Garnish with sprigs of dill.

Lovely. This is an excellent cake that can be used for almost any occassion. I loved the fact that it is not sweet tasting so I dont feel guilty about having too much sugar.


A truly amazing combination of flavors. The dressing is divine, the warm and tart goat cheese combined with the sweetness of apple ring is truly out of this world.
