| 21 1/2 | ounce | brownie mix | |
| 6 | ounces | chocolate chips | |
| 1 | cup | pecans | chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | water | |
| 1/2 | cup | vegetable oil | |
| 1 | teaspoon | liqueur | coffee flavor, such as kahlua |
| 1 | each | egg | |
| Topping | |||
| 1 1/2 | cups | heavy whipping cream | |
| 1 | tablespoon | powdered sugar | |
| 1 | tablespoon | chocolate syrup | |
| 1 | teaspoon | liqueur | coffee flavor, such as kahlua |
| 1 | x | chocolate | curls |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Put the pie crust in an 9 or 10 inch springform pan; pressing it on the bottom and up the sides.
Prick generously with a fork.
In a large bowl combine the filling ingredients.
Beat 50 strokes by hand.
Pour into crust-lined pan and bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center is set and edges of crust are golden brown.
Cool 1 hour.
Remove sides of pan.
Cool completely.
In large bowl, beat topping ingredients until stiff peaks form.
Spoon or pipe topping over filling.
Garnish with chocolate curls.
Store in refrigerator.
