Ingredients

1 each english cucumber seedless
1 x salt to taste
1 x chili pepper to taste
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon onion minced
1 x sweet red bell pepper sliced
1 x lettuce
1 each avocado ripe, sliced
1 x parsley leaves

Directions

Peel and slice the cucumber paper-thin.

Season with salt, chili pepper and lime juice.

Sprinkle with onion and red pepper slices.

Arrange lettuce on 6 serving plates.

Pile cucumber mixture in center of each plate.

Add avocado slices and parsley.
