| 3-4 | pounds | pork roast | |
| 6 | each | potatoes | halved |
| 8 | each | carrots | cut in pieces |
| 1/2 | each | onion soup mix | or 1 onion quartered |
| 1 | cup | water |
Prepare your vegetables. Place in crockpot in the following order: carrots then potatoes and then your pork roast. Mix water and onion soup mix. Pour over roast. Slow-cook on low for about 10 hours.
Note: You can substitute a beef roast.
