| 1 | pound | tomatoes, canned | |
| 4 | ounces | mushrooms, canned | drained |
| 2 | tablespoons | molasses | |
| 3 | tablespoons | soy sauce | |
| 10 | ounces | green beans | one frozen package |
Put steak strips, flour, salt and pepper in crock pot, strirring well to coat meat. Add remaining ingredients and cook on LOW for 8 hours, or 5 hours on LOW and 2 hours on HIGH.
