Ingredients

6 each pork chops
1 each onion sliced
1 each green bell pepper
1 each tomatoes stewed, can
1 each italian seasoning mix package

Directions

Brown 6 pork chops. Saute 1 sliced onion and 1 green pepper in meat drippings. Add 1 can stewed tomatoes and 1 package Italian Seasoning Mix. Combine all together and simmer until the sauce is of desired consistency, and the chops are tender.
