| 1 | cup | evaporated milk | |
| 1 | x | chocolate unsweetened | |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 1 1/2 | cups | sugar | |
| 6 | tablespoons | margarine |
Cut chocolate into small pieces.
Put all of the ingredients into a blender.
Cover.
At low speed, blend until larger pieces are chopped.
Stop motor and stir.
Blend at high speed until frosting becomes thick and creamy.

Not that I need an excuse to be naughty or indulgent, but with Halloween right around the corner I thought some wicked recipes...
This is a great recipe! I served it as a main dish rather than an appetizer and everyone loved it. I was worried the chicken would be bland, but it was very flavorful and light. So many meat fondue recipes use alot of oil so it was great to find such a healthy recipe. The veggies were great too.
