Ingredients

1 package jello lemon or lime, small package
1 1/4 cups water boiling
1 can fruit cocktail reserve the juice
6 ounces cream cheese 2 3 ounces packages
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream (whipped)
2 each bananas
1 cup marshmallows minature

Directions

Add water & reserved juice to the lemon Jell-O. Refrigerate until it becomes the consistency of egg whites.

Beat in softened cream cheese to pea size. Add fruit cocktail, marshmallows, sliced bananas and fold in the whipped cream.

Place in a 9 x13 inch Pyrex dish or a mold.

Refrigerate 2-3 hours until firm.

Chicken Florentine Casserole

This recipe was a hit. I don't understand those who said this dish did not have enough flavor. They must have used old spices. I too used chicken broth instead of bullion. I also added a tsp of salt and some rosemary. Instead of Parmesan, I used Monteray Jack cheese. This will definitely be served again in our home.
