Chocolate Zucchini Bundt Cake

Ingredients

2 cups sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups zucchini shredded
2 1/2 cups flour, all-purpose
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

Beat sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla and zucchini together.

Mix dry ingredients.

Add alternately to zucchini mix with milk.

Butter 10 inch Bundt pan.

Shake bread crumbs over butter.

Pour out excess.

Bake at 350F for 50 - 60 minutes. Let stand in pan for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
