Ingredients

1 cup flour, all-purpose
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter
2 tablespoons water
6 ounces chocolate chips (semi-sweet) 1 cup, or 6 ounces (3 bars) baking bars
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
10 ounces white chocolate 1-1/2 cup, baking pieces

Directions

Bring sugar, butter and water to a boil and remove from heat.

Add semi-sweet chocolate and vanilla.

Stir until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.

Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each.

Blend in dry ingredients.

Stir in white chocolate.

Spread into greased 9 inch pan.

Bake at 325 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes.

Cool and cut.
