Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks margarine softened
2/3 cup sugar granulated
1 each egg white whipped
2 squares chocolate unsweetened melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Preheat oven at 350.

Prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, combine margarine, sugar, egg white, chocolate, and vanilla.

In another mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.

Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until moistened.

Spoon dough into cookie press fitteý with template of desired shape.

Press cookies 2 inches apart onto prepared baking sheet.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until firm.
