2 tablespoons margarine melted

3 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package chocolate (semi-sweet)
1/3 cup raspberry preserves strained

1 package chocolate (semi-sweet)
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions

BASE: Combine crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

This recipe is really good. It's not as messy as you think when first reading it. The meal, in the end tastes really marvelous, perfectly exemplifying the taste of real Chilean cuisine.
