Chocolate Peanut Dream Pie

I have made this pie many times and it is very good. I even won a pie contest with it. It is very easy to make and the peanut butter flavor is very subtle.

Ingredients

1 package pudding mix chocolate
1/2 cup peanut butter creamy
1 cup whipped topping, prepared
9 inch graham cracker pie crust
1 x peanuts
1 x whipped topping, prepared additional, optional

Directions

Prepare pudding according to package directions.

Remove from the heat; whisk in peanut butter.

Place pan in a bowl of ice water for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Fold in whipped topping.

Pour into crust.

Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.

Garnish with peanuts and whipped topping if desired.

Yield 6 - 8 servings.
