Ingredients

1 each egg
3 tablespoons sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup milk
2/3 cup chocolate covered peanuts finely chopped

Directions

In small bowl, whisk together egg and sugar.

Stir in cream, milk and peanuts.

Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.

Makes 1 pint.
