| 3/4 | cup | flour, all-purpose | sifted |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | baking soda | |
| 8 | ounces | chocolate (sweet) | cut into pieces |
| 1/2 | cup | peanuts | chopped |
| 1 | cup | oatmeal | |
| 1/2 | cup | butter | |
| 1/4 | cup | sugar | |
| 1/2 | cup | brown sugar | |
| 1 | each | egg | |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 1 | teaspoon | almond extract |
Preheat oven to 375.
Mix together flour mixture, chocolate, peanuts and oatmeal.
Cream butter with both sugars until light and fluffy.
Add egg, vanilla and almond extracts.
Beat until well mixed.
Add flour mixture.
Stir until ingredients are well mixed.
Drop batter (using small ice cream scoop), onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake until browned, about 12 minutes.
