Ingredients

1 package yeast, active dry
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup whole-grain wheat flour
1 tablespoon gluten flour
1/4 cup milk, skim, (non fat) powder non-fat
3 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons creme de menthe
1 cup water very warm
1 cup mint-chocolate morsels

Directions

Put ingredients (except chocolate) into bread machine and press "Start".

When it has cooked 2/3 the way through, add the chocolate.
