Ingredients

1 package pudding mix chocolate, not instant
3 cups milk 1%
4 ounces chocolate unsweetened bittersweet
1/3 cup malted milk powder
1 6 graham cracker pie crust 6 ounces
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 cup malted milk balls each cut in 3 or 4 pieces
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup or sauce

Directions

Cook pudding according to package direction, using the 3 cups milk.

Remove from heat, add chocolate and stir until melted.

Stir in malted milk powder.

Cool mixture 5 minutes, stirrin often, then pour into crumb crust.

Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Up to 1 hour before serving: Beat cream and sugar with electric mixer until soft peaks form when beaters are lifted.

Spread cream over chocolate filling.

Sprinkle with the chopped malted milk balls and drizzle with chocolate syrup.

Refrigerate until serving time.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Very easy and quick. Used penne pasta in lieu of linguini. My wife said I was wasting my time, kids would not eat. But, they LOVED it, said they want it again tomorrow. Son said 'you really out-did yourself dad'. Next time I think I'll add some capers.
