Ingredients

1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup milk, skim, (non fat) powder
3 tablespoons cocoa powder unsweetened
1/3 cup raisins, seedless
1/3 cup glace cherries
1/3 cup mixed candied peel
1 x vanilla extract
1 cup vegetable shortening melted

Directions

Sift powdered sugar, powdered milk and cocoa into a bowl.

Add fruit and toss until fruit is well coated.

Stir in shortening and a few drops of vanilla.

Mix thoroughly.

Line an 8 inch square pan with plastic wrap.

Pour mixture into pan.

Refrigerate until firm.

Turn out onto a board and cut into fingers.

Wrap pieces in foil or pladtic wrap.

Store in an airtight container in a cool place.

Skyline Chili

We loved this. Very similar to the Skyline Chili in Cincinnati. I halved the crushed red pepper, because I don't like that much of it.
