Ingredients

1/4 cup bread flour
3/4 cup whole-grain wheat flour
1/3 cup milk, skim, (non fat) powder non-fat
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons gluten flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon instant coffee
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, halved
1 each egg
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup apple juice heated with 4 tablespoons water
2/3 cup dates chopped
1/3 cup chocolate chips

Directions

Put ingredients into bread machine and press "Start".
