Ingredients

3 cups flour, all-purpose
1 cup sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1 cup banana mashed
1/2 cup butter melted
2 large eggs
1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
3/4 cup nuts finely chopped, or substitute
1 cup raisins, seedless

Directions

Preheat oven 400 degrees F.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; make a well in center.

In another bowl combine milk, bananas, butter and eggs; add to well in the dry ingredients.

Add chips and 1/2 c nuts, stir until dry ingredients are just moistened.

Spoon mixture into greased or paper lined muffin cups.

Filling each one 3/4 full.

Sprinkle approximately 1 tsp chopped nuts over each muffin.

Bake 18-20 minutes.

Cool 5 minutes, and then remove from pans.

NOTE: this is made for the JUMBO muffin tins.
