Ingredients

1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 ounces chocolate unsweetened for baking, melted, cooled
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
2 cups flour, all-purpose
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 x powdered sugar
8 ounces chocolate candies

Directions

Combine all ingredients except powdered sugar and candy.

Chill dough 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Shape into 1 inch balls, roll in powdered sugar.

Place on cookie sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.

Remove from oven and immediately place a candy piece in center of each cookie.

Cool 1 minute and remove from sheet.

Cool completely.

Baba Ganoush

This was FANTASTIC!! I am not a huge fan of eggplant, but I recently tried baba ganoush at a restaurant. I really, really liked it so I had to find a recipe to try at home. This was a huge success. Very easy recipe to make and very, very tasty!!
