| 6 | ounces | chocolate (semi-sweet) | semi-sweet morsels |
| 1/2 | cup | bourbon | |
| 3 | tablespoons | corn syrup, light | |
| 2 1/2 | cups | vanilla wafer crumbs | |
| 1/2 | cup | powdered sugar | sifted |
| 1 | cup | pecans | finely chopped |
| 1 | x | powdered sugar |
Melt chocolate morsels in top of double boiler or in microwave.
When smoothly melted, remove from heat and stir in bourbon and corn syrup.
Set aside.
Combine crumbs, powdered sugar and pecans.
Mix well.
Stir into chocolate mixture; let stand 30 minutes.
Shape into 1 inch balls.
Roll in sugar.
Store in an airtight container

This one was absolutely delicious! It was so good that the person I made it for was surprised I actually did it. I will be making it again tonight to prove to people I CAN cook. :) Lime sauce doesn't really add a lot, but the rest is FANTASTIC!
