Ingredients

2 cups chicken cooked, diced
1/2 cup celery diced
1 x sweet red bell pepper sweet, roasted, diced
1/2 cup green bell pepper diced
1/2 cup mushrooms diced
1 x mayonnaise
1 x lemon juice

Directions

Mix together chicken, celery, red and green peppers and mushrooms. Add enough mayonnaise and lemon juice to moisten and give good flavor. Use as a sandwich filling.
