Ingredients

2 cups cinnamon snacks crushed, (snackwells brand - fat free, about 1 1/2 boxes)
3 tablespoons sugar
3-4 tablespoons liquid butter flavoring
8 ounces cream cheese fat free
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup liquid egg substitute
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
21 ounces cherry pie filling can
2 cups whipped topping, prepared
2 tablespoons grape nuts cereal

Directions

Combine the crust ingredients and press into bottom of 9x13 inch casserole dish that has been sprayed with nonfat cooking spray. Beat all the filling ingredients together until smooth. Pour into the prepared baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Cool. Spread cherry pie filling over top. Top with dream whip and sprinkle grape nuts on top.

Rice-Stuffed Cornish Hens

This was an interesting mix of flavors, but it lacked pizzazz. It also took 2 hours to fully cook. Nice presentation but we thought a whole bird was too much for one person.
