Ingredients

2 cups flour, all-purpose
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
3 cups carrots shredded
4 large eggs

Directions

Combine ingredients together.

Stir to make a batter, pour into pan and bake for 45 minutes.

Frost.
