| 2 | pounds | ground beef | lean |
| 1/2 | cup | onion | chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | green bell pepper | |
| 2 | large | eggs | |
| 1/4 | cup | milk | |
| 1/2 | cup | oats, quick cooking | |
| 1 | x | salt and black pepper |
Heat oven to 375F.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and shape into a loaf in a loaf pan.
Bake for about 1 hour 15 minutes.
I don't know how Carol came up with her meatloaf recipe but I want to thank her for it! It not only is incredibly delicious but is also soooo easy to make too. I hate to cook and this is a really great tasting meatloaf. My adult son is living with me now so I am cooking a lot more than I normally do and am really appreciative of any recipe that is easy to make and tastes great. Many thanks Carol!
