Ingredients

2/3 cup butter or margarine
2/3 cup sugar
1 x lemon
3 large eggs
2 cups flour, all-purpose
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons milk

Directions

Cut in half horizontally.

Spread vanilla pudding on top, then scatter strawberries or raspberries, on top of that, then whipped cream.

Top with more strawberries.
