| 1 | each | cake mix | |
| 1 | each | egg | |
| 1/2 | cup | vegetable oil | |
| 1/4 | cup | water | |
| 6 | ounces | chocolate chips |
Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl until almost all the lumps are gone.
Add the chocolate chips.
Bake in a greased 9 X 13 pan at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares.
Also may want to try butterscotch chips, or nuts for variety.

I used 2 cups of white flour and only 1 cup of whole wheat and added some cinnamon. Turned out great, very moist and fluffy with a nice hint of orange.


A truly amazing combination of flavors. The dressing is divine, the warm and tart goat cheese combined with the sweetness of apple ring is truly out of this world.
