Spread Ketchup on Bread, drop on a pinch or two of Oregano. Place one slice of American Cheese on top.
Cut Hot Dog into little round pieces 1/8 to 1/4 inch , and place 5 or 6 pieces per slice of bread.
Bake in toaster oven until the cheese melts.
