| 1 | cup | heavy whipping cream | |
| 2 | tablespoons | liqueur | or 1tb vanilla, triple sec, grand marnier, cointreau or other orange flavor |
| 10 | each | crepes | 12 inch |
Sweeten berries to taste with icing sugar and set aside.
Beat the remaining icing sugar with whipping cream, vanilla and liqueur until stiff.
Serve the whipped cream filling and berries on pancakes or crepes.

This is the most awesome dessert! My family has served this at every holiday for several generations. Its a tradition that I shared with my husbands family, and they love it too! I can't wait for Thanksgiving!
