Ingredients

1 pound pork shoulder lean, ground
1/3 cup bread crumbs seasoned
1/3 cup romano cheese grated
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 each hamburger buns
4 slices pineapple
1 x red onion sliced
1 x tomato sliced
1 x lettuce leaves

Directions

Make a well in center of meat.

Add bread crumbs, cheese, barbecue sauce, and seasonings.

Shape into 4 patties.

Grill patties and pineapple slices to desired doneness.

Meat should not be pink in center.

Serve on hamburger buns and garnish with pineapple slices, red onion, tomato, and lettuce leaves.
