| 1/3 | cup | bread crumbs | seasoned |
| 1/3 | cup | romano cheese | grated |
| 2 | tablespoons | barbecue sauce | |
| 1 | teaspoon | seasoning | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 4 | each | hamburger buns | |
| 4 | slices | pineapple | |
| 1 | x | red onion | sliced |
| 1 | x | tomato | sliced |
| 1 | x | lettuce leaves |
Make a well in center of meat.
Add bread crumbs, cheese, barbecue sauce, and seasonings.
Shape into 4 patties.
Grill patties and pineapple slices to desired doneness.
Meat should not be pink in center.
Serve on hamburger buns and garnish with pineapple slices, red onion, tomato, and lettuce leaves.
