Ingredients

1 each egg white whipped
1 cup milk, skim at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons fat free spread
1 1/2 cups biscuit baking mix (bisquick) low fat
1 teaspoon baking powder

Directions

Prepare skillet with cooking spray and heat on medium until hot.

In a mixing bowl, combine egg white, milk, vanilla, and spread.

In another mixing bowl, combine baking mix and baking powder.

Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened.

Ladle in the batter, using 2 or more tablespoons per cake.

Cook for 2 minutes, then flip carefully and cook for 2 minutes more.

Repeat with remaining batter.

Grandpa's Pasta Sauce

The sauce was too much like spagetti sauce. I cooked the pork chops in the sauce for hours and it was tender, but the pork flavor was diminished; I would prefer to taste the pork more.
