Ingredients

crust
2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup pecans chopped
1/2 cup butter melted
1/2 cup brown sugar packed
filling
24 ounces cream cheese softened
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
3 eggs
1 cup applesauce
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

Combine all crust ingredients.

Divide in half, press 1/2 in bottom of 9x13 inch; pan, save remainder for top.

Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour, beat until light and fluffy.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Add remaining ingredients, beat until well blended.

Pour into crust lined pan, make sure it's level.

Sprinkle remaining crust on top.

Bake for 45-60 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.

To minimize cracking, place shallow pan of water on rack below cake while cooking.
