Apple Pound Cake

Ingredients

2 cups flour, all-purpose
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
3 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups apples finely chopped
1/2 cup raisins, seedless
1 cup pecans chopped

Directions

Mix together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.

With mixer at medium speed, beat together oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

Gradually add flour mixture, beating until smooth.

Fold in apples, pecans and raisins. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan.

Bake at 325 degrees F. for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan.

CASHEW CHICKEN
